Gender and Breed? --- picture heavy

they were sold to us as RIR pullets - we got them on May 9th and they had wing feathers by then, but no other feathers .... my best guess is that they are 5 1/2 weeks old

confirmation of breed and sex would make me feel better

One of them has been more aggressive than the other - Speckles

Speckles is the bigger reddish chick --- the other one is a bit smaller and purchased at the same time

Would like to see their legs. My guess is that they are EE.

Speckles looks like a male RIR to me...

RIR's have very yellow legs and it looks like speckle's legs are green-ish. Plus, RIR's are a very dark red. Maybe it's an rir/ee cross? Looks like a pullet to me right now... post some more pics in a couple of weeks.
