Gender and Breed Questions

We got this barn yard mix, not sure on what breed honestly. But, confused on if this is a big combed pullet or a slow developing rooster. Here are pics week by week. He/She is currently about 5 weeks old.

It's a cockerel, judging by the last pictures. Pretty quick developing, in my opinion.

Wing sexing only works for breeds that have been purposefully bred for that, such as amberlink. And they must be sexed soon after hatching for wing sexing to be accurate.
