Gender and Breed

I received 3 "Fun and Funky" eggs from mypetchicken and hoping you all can help with the gender and breed of my chicks. They are slightly over 3 weeks old now.I believe my gray feather footed chick is a rooster, but unsure of my black frizzle(?) and naked neck. Thank you for the help.

I agree the first bird is a Cockerel. The others aren't showing male signs yet, but it's too early to call Pullet with confidence. As to breed, that "Fun and Funky" means they are mixed breeds.
