Gender and breed?

I posted about this little one about a week ago. He or she is around 4 weeks. This one is the only one out of four that looks like this. They are supposed to be brown leghorns but again it looks totally different from the rest. The other 3 have brownish reddish feathers growing in. This one was white and grey ones growing in. Any idea if this is a leghorn and if it is a cockeral?

I'm not sure of breed but I think with that big red comb you have a cockerel.

Definitely cockerel. No comb is that big at such a young age.

Any idea on breed?

If it's a male I have to get rid of him since we aren't allowed to have boosters where we live. Knowing his breed would be a help.

Thanks so much! I wonder how he got mixed up with the brown leghorns. Too bad we can' keep him.
