gender? and possible breed?

It's face is awful red. I was thinking cockerel too. You got a face shot?
It depends on age. Normally, if it's a cockerel (this is form my experience) the comb is the first thing to redden. Then the face.

No, that's a pullet. There is nothing there that tells me cockerel. How old? Do you know if it is a bantam? Is she smaller? 
a bout 2 and half months old. And not bantam because she has always been twice the size of all the other chicks that hatched out with her.

Can we see a closer picture of its tail feathers? (To determine wither or not it has saddle and hackle feathers.)
