I think all the chickens pictured look like roos because of their comb size and color and the EEs in the pics have the typical EE roo coloring. My pullets' combs are still small & light pink till they get close to laying age (16-20 weeks). Here's a few comparison pics for you.

These pullets are all between 12-16 weeks of age (1 EE & the barred rock are 12 weeks - the others are older):

This is a close-up of the comb of the 12 week old EE (seen above):

This is one of the 16 week old EE pullets that were pictured seen in the first pic:

Here's an orpington at about 11-12 weeks of age (she's 14 weeks old in the top pic):

These pullets are from a previous batch and all five are 15 weeks old (3 weeks older than your chickens) - notice the small wattles

I snaped a few pictures of what I thought might be male/ female based on the replies of others. Let me know what you think. The first are EE. First a Roo then a hen.

BR-- I believe that there are a male/female pair because of the difference in coloring-

These BO I am unsure about. What do you think?

And Valcore is just my favorite - I'm pretty certain he is a rooster.

These EE's I am not sure about either.

Yay --- You have at least 1 definite pullet - the second easter egger is definitely a girl. The second EE from the bottom is kind of iffy (need a side view pic & mabye one of its comb). All the other EEs you posted today are cockerels (they have typical male EE type coloring).

The buff orp in the 2nd BO pic (closest to the front) looks like it might be a pullet. It's hard to say for sure on the rest - they all have bigger combs than mine, but wattles aren't very large. Try comparing their legs with the ones that are definitely roos. A pullet should have thinner legs than the roos do (even at this age).

The 2 barred rocks look like roos to me. Besides having more dark feathers than the cockerels, a pullet would have a noticeably smaller comb (should still be very light pink) and usually a darker wash down the front of her legs.

Here's some photos of ours that show their growth - their combs didn't start to darken till almost 20 weeks of age.

Thanks for the responce. Hopefully I will find a few nice home for some of the roosters. All are pretty tame. The kids and I have been handling them since they were just a couple of days old. Thanks again!
