Gender/Breed Questions... Why in This Forum?

Just today I've seen three threads with people wondering what gender or breed their birds are in this section. Why aren't they being moved to the appropriate section of the forum?

If you see something posted in the wrong area, all you have to do is click the report button to alert the staff. They will take care of it.

Oh, I didn't know that you could report for wrong section... Hmm, maybe I do... If so just forgot. Thanks.
