My first time with Bielefelders. I understand how to sex them as chicks. These 5 are 2 and a half months old. I believe the two lighter ones are males, the other 3 girls. Am I correct?

Yes, that's correct.

But Bielefelder I question.. due to the light colored ear lobes that should be red in my experience. Where are they from?

Looks like 2.3 to me, meaning two cockerels and three pullets.
The cockerel in the back near the fence seems to be more developed than the one in the middle front position.
