Gender guess?

my neighbor got 5 chicks at a day old. What was suppose to be a silver laced Wyandotte appears to be gold laced. Now at 6 weeks old she is positive it's a roo due to its comb getting darker. She wants to get rid of it ASAP but I'm trying to convince her to hold off a little longer to wait and know for sure. Any guesses? Sorry I know the pics aren't the greatest.

I would hold off. Comb size and color alone usually isn't enough to convince me. On that Wyandotte, I would wait until there are OBVIOUS solid colored patches on the shoulders.
