Gender guesses on my frizzle?

What do you guys think? I was told its a pullet but I think its looking more rooish....Its roughly 3 weeks old. Thanks for your help!

I agree, looks like a cockerel.

I would say rooster, my frizzle hen didn't start to get a comb until 16 weeks.
