Any ideas on the gender of our newest chicks...?

Its a little young to be telling gender. However, the Lavender Araucana and the Welsummer look like pullets. Its too young to tell on the Sizzles, but neither one is really looking like a rooster yet.

No one screams rooster at this point. I agree, the Wellie is 100% female, you can tell by the color. The Aracauna looks female, the comb appears to have a nice single row.

Lav Ara - pullet. small comb and wattle
wellsummer - pullet
sizzle1 (white) -I'm just guessing Roo. comb width large, legs large
sizzle2 - unknown - can you get a straight-on comb picture?

I'll try! The white sizzle is a little bigger I think.

I have another chick that is older and was hatched/being raised by it's mother. The hen was sitting on the egg when we took on the chickens at our new home. I thought she was just broody, but no, she hatched a chick it's now around 8-9 weeks I think. I'll see if I can photograph it and see whether you think it's a pullet or roo? It's a mixed/cross breed. Not sure which roo is Dad as next doors roosters are always in our yard with our flock!

Pullet

Hmm.. I just don't know on sizzle #2.. I think the white one is male and the black/brown mottled one is female.. but I'm not 100% sure! Interested to see what others think
