I have 6 7+ week old black EEs/Ameruacanas. Getting pics is hard. But I would like input on their sex. One I'm sure is an EE roo, he is not pictured and is the only one with any brown/red tipping on feathers. Each of them has/had some bit of white when first born, but now that is disappearing. I expect they will all be solid black. A few have one or two white tip feathers- interesting. ~ here we go...

Chick #1

Chick #2

Chick #3

Chick #4

Chick #5

Chicks #5, #4, & #3 Chicks #2, #5, #4 & #3

Chicks #4, #5 & # 3

With them all basically being black and either Ameruacanas or EEs, it's hard to tell them apart sometimes~

I think all girls. They super cute! I've never seen the black color before, except in books.

Ouch! That would be lousy. I'll see about getting specific pics tonight. Thanx

There are a set of each chick, one of the comb, one more of a body shot. The last 3 pics are groups of chicks. The number for the 2nd pic got offset for some reason

This is James Bond- the one we are pretty certain is an EE roo. I didn't post his pic before, he's the same age.

Well, looked at the chickies this morning and hdowden may be right. DANG! 4 roosters out of 6 chicks. I already have 1 roo almost 5 mnths old and was going to keep James Bond- but the 3 additional would just be crazy. So I guess I put an add on Craigslist? I don't want to sell them- I can't even remember which ones are the EEs and which are the Ameraucanas

I do want them to go to homes where people WANT a roo.
