I agree, the cochins are males. Bantam cochins are supposed to have large eyes. It's a good thing.

I can't tell on the welsummers.

#3 is a beardless, muffless EE, probably pullet.

#4 is probably an australorp pullet.
 
I don't believe australorps have yellow feet. Aren't Jersey Giants with yellow feet (skin)?
 
With australorps and giants, you can reliably tell the difference between the two if they're breeder quality birds. But if they're hatchery quality, that is not always accurate.

This is from feathersite, "Australorps differ from Black Jersey Giants in that the legs of the Jersey Giant are black (some tending toward willow) and the underparts of the feet are yellow. In Lorps, the legs are black, shading to dark slate in adults, but the underparts of the feet are pinkish white. This works with good show stock, but hatchery stock is more variable and you can't ever be sure unless the birds grow to the size of Giants. "
