Gender help please

Here is the same rooster at six weeks old.

Ozark, thank you for the pics. I guess I should keep the white one for a while and see what it turns out to be! The only thing stumping me is that it made that sound last week that sounded like a very quiet low possible crow....but I don't know. Do pullets make noises like that, too? I haven't heard it make that noise again...only that one morning about 2-3 times in a row.

You are welcome. Keep it and time will tell. I have hens and pullets that make strange noises. Some of my Dominques make honking noises, and some of my banties sound more like quineas or wild birds than chickens.

Didn't have to wait long....it's a boy! He was crowing like crazy this morning. Now I'm sad because I can't keep him and my other one will lose her friend.

think the EE is a roo and buff orp is a girl. Hope you are allowed to keep roos where you are!
