Gender help

I have two straight run bin birds from TSC and one bantam that I can't identify for either type or gender--looking for help. The two looked like little owls as chicks and the bantam had the chipmunk style color/pattern. Of the two larger, one is starting to get really bristly when my husband handles it so I'm wondering if he's a Roo.

I see rooster, pullet, rooster, pullet. The top three look like Easter eggers, and the bantam a game.

I can't speak to breed, but I see rooster, pullet, rooster, pullet.

The top three go cockerel, pullet, cockerel. The bantam is a pullet of she's the same age as the others. She is a game hen, birches maybe?
