no idea, bought todayHow old?
Too young. Brahmas are a slow maturing breed, so you'll have to wait longer unless you have an early bloomer.
Depends on the bloodline. Hatchery Brahmas usually start around 6-7 months. But mine are out of show lines and usually don't start laying till 10-12 months and aren't fully mature to almost 2 years old.As u said its slow maturing, but I heard Brahma hen starr laying between 6-7 months ..
Is it right ??
Looks to be about 6 to 8 weeks old, judging by the amount of feathering, and the slight trace of chick down still on the throat. Still too early to give an accurate gender assessment, but looks like a pullet for now. Most Brahmas don't lay until well over 6 months of age.no idea, bought today
