Gender of 5 week old leghorn?

I hatched this one out from shipped eggs. Any ideas on the sex? It's brother has way bigger wattles and a bigger comb.

Within a single breed, larger comb will indicate a cockerel. In the next few weeks, the males will develop pointier hackle, wing and tail feathers and then more curved tails.
