gender of a rir?

Could you let us know if this was a pullet or roo? Everyone said roo but I'm not convinced.. I'm no expert by any means, but we have a few production RIR chicks about 4-5 weeks old and they all looks like roos... much bigger combs then this one. But then our best laying 1yr old RIR hen right now has a very large comb and waddle. I guarantee people would look at a picture of her and say she's a roo. This chick here looks like a pullet to me.
