That last pic is such a great illustration of male vs female coloring! If you have multiple birds of both genders, the males sure are easy to spot, aren't they?

If you can't keep a rooster, it would be a good idea to start working on a home for him asap. If you can keep him, barred rock boys are so pretty! He'll make good eye candy.
