gender of mottled houdan

Can anyone please tell me if this a rooster. I purchased a mix flock of what I thought were all pullets but have been hearing a crow in the morning. Is this the culprit. Thanks

Thank you for the welcome. He was caught in the act. Looks like this rooster found his way in with all of the pullets at the feed store.
