Not sure about age but based on the neck I would say male.

I'm no expert, never even owned a peacock! But I've seen the prayers and they don't seem to have any blue at all.

It's a male for sure and by his top and legs I'd say between 1-2yr old prolly closer to to 1 than 2 yrs old.

His train will not fully develop until he is 3 years old.
He will have several "eyes" on some of his longer tail feathers at 2 years old.
He will get some colored tail feathers at 1 year old.
