Gender of speckled Sussex

trying to figure out if this one is a roo... any help appreciated! It’s about 5 weeks old.

I’m going with cockerel, for 5 weeks old. Chunky legs and a bit too much comb for a pullet of that age.

I'm definitely leaning toward cockerel. But try to post more pictures in a few weeks. If it's a cockerel it'll be more obvious by then.

Unfortunately that’s what I was thinking too, haha, figures this is the only one I have and I can’t keep any more Roos, afraid they may fight with my big daddy! Thanks for the reply’s! Will post updated pics in a few weeks

Not an expert... but I have a rooster Speckled Sussex and the big chunky feet were the first sign... how does this chick compare to it's buddies?
