Gender please?

I could be wrong, but with barred breeds, I think the head spot is a big indicator. The smaller the spot, the more likely it's a girl. So I"m gonna go with 3 boys and a girl.

That's interesting about the leg color, it's the first time I've hear anyone claim it makes a difference, but is sure seems like they have hatched out enough to know! Although that book talking about head spots just confused me a bit more. LOL! All I know is that my "large spot" birds ended up being boys and the "small spot" birds were girls. I had them mailed to me so I didn't get to pick.

The good thing is, yes, you can definitely tell the difference in the color much earlier on! Because the girls are dark and the boys are bright....like in the picture.

I am trying to make a comparison as to whether they are dark or bright (I think dark) and I am also not sure what a defined headspot would look like...do any of mine have a defined headspot, or an irregular one...I'm really not sure what that means...thanks guys :)
