After reading a few topics on how to more or less hatch more females I'v been doing some more reading & here is what I'v come up with thus far...

More Progesterone = More Females

Fancy breeds lay more males

Dead in egg chicks are more likely to be female

Fat Hens have baby boys & Unhealthy Hens have girls

Very interesting articles! Thanks for posting. I'm interested in the methods that they used to determine the sex of the eggs so early in development, too. I found the article on progesterone especially promising.
