So I have 13 week old Spitzhauben D’Uccle mix that I am unsure if she’s a hen or rooster. Most certain my black and white is a roo but I need help with my red one

They are both cockerels. I can see the saddle feathers starting to come in on him...

For informational purposes.. they don't earn the label hen or rooster until reaching one year old. Before that they are called pullet or cockerel. It's most relevant when discussing behavioral issues to note the difference. :)
