Gender This Pigeon!

Looks like a hen to me, based on shape of forheaad and slight features.
 
Looks like a hen to me. Due to the head shape and the feminine body build. Rarely have I had males with a head/beak that feminine.
 
I would say hen, but that is really a shot in the dark without video and/or long term observation.
