i also read that boy feathering starts developing at around 10 weeks , my chicks are around 10 weeks.

The one you think is a cockerel actually looks like a pullet to me...I don't see the stringy saddle feathers in these pictures. And the comb/wattles aren't very big or red. So you might have two production red pullets. That's what I think.
