Gender?

I'm not very familiar with polish but I am thinking the brown one cockerel and the black pullet. It looks like saddle feathers coming in on the brown

how old are they. They have walnut combs(silkie) but they aren't very wide, so I'd guess pullets.

It's never too late. Do some research. You will be able to.

Black and orange is about 10 weeks and the larger orange is about 12 weeks
