I have 6, 25 wk old buffs. 1 has played 2 eggs in the last 3 days. They all look very similar. Would I be able to tell a roo at this point?

We could figure out what gender they are if you provide photos.

You can tell the gender of most chickens at one to two months. Some chicks, like sex-links and barred rocks, you can sex as chicks by their color.
As @TwentyOneChickens said, if we have photos someone will be able to sex them.
