I don't see anything that screams cockerel at me, but a comb pic and a pic of the saddle area (near the base of the tail) or just the general back half could help determine better.

male specific feathering does not appear in the saddle area until around 10 to 12 weeks at the earliest, probably later considering they are brahmas
