Could it also possibly be the pattern on the feathers making them look more pointed than they are? That happened to me with my SLW pullet. Then I caught her and took a closer look.
That's exactly what's going on. Optical illusion created by color and pattern.
 
I also agree, first is a cockerel, other 2 pullets. That’s pretty uniform colouring, a small dull comb, and feminine hackles on the second bird. Pattern and color on the feathers makes all the difference for sure as others have said. All hackles will be somewhat pointy but roosters’ are thin, pointy, and shiny.
 
May I? I'm no expert but I agree that hackles alone can be deceiving. The light colored bird on the left has what I'd call fairly long and pointy hackles, but she for sure lays eggs ;) (please forgive her molted head)
