Sorry, I was offline. This one may be a male actually. Was it supposed to be a sexed pullet?
Some of the hatchery quality birds don’t have the clear feather coloring. Hate to dash all your hopes, hopefully others will chime in!

I would just wait for it to feather out personally. There are some super funky hatchery Faverolles. The black wings aren't especially promising though

Thank you all! I’m new to all of this.... even though Peeps wing tips are black, theres lots of brown towards the core, so my fingers are crossed!!
I do have another question about a brooder- we have 4 chicks (2 weeks old) in a 28 in critter cage. Any suggestions for an upgrade? I can’t imagine they can be in there until they reach coop age....

They will need about 2 sq feet each by the time they are 6 weeks old, so minimum 8 sq feet. They grow fast!
The pop up dog kennels work well.
