How old is it: 16 days!
Can you see wattles: Just a little
Can it fly: Yes very well. Can go 4 ft in the air.
Does it have spurs: There is little bumps but I'm no sure what they are.
Staying with mom: yes

most chicks can fly a little. All chickens have spur bumps, some just grow spurs (even some hens)

give it a few more weeks and post again. But its cute
