Genders? 4 month old Australorps

I’m curious about this Australorp...14 weeks old... it’s been way more aggressive and for awhile was developing longer, curved tail feathers and was more brilliantly colored than the other 2 we have... recently, though, he/she seems to be slowing down in developing any more rooster-like looks. Thoughts? These are 2 pictures of the same chicken, the first is now, the other a month ago.

No doubts, pullet. No male characteristics at all.
