Genders and Coccidiosis

First, is coccidiosis something they build immunity to after having it?

Next, do I have all boys? I know the white one will be almost impossible to tell
And last, what color could the lighter largest one be?

My guess on the other 4 are all males. I'm not an expert.
The white speckled one is a Black Shoulder male. If you're talking about the light brown, I don't know.
Hopefully the white will be a female for you.

My fingers are crossed that the white one is and I have one more in the brooder that I'm hoping is female
Also holding out faint hope that the spaulding ib might have a chance of being female but it gets lower every day

All cocks and the light brown one is either a Cameo or Purple, you will know when it gets color on the back of the neck. If it doesn't get any iridescent color it is a Cameo if it gets purple on the back of the neck it is a Purple. Good job @BirdsBeesTrees. Of course the White one will have to be DNA'd or wait a year to be sure.
