I ended up finding a tom and another hen, who is younger than the other 2. I didn't initially plan the third hen, but my mom was an enabler when we went to the poultry swap at a local feed store and someone happened to have a few 
I'll try to post a picture of them all together when I have my phone on me. I think my tom is a bit heavy on the black in his feathers, but I think he should balance out nicely with the hens, who I think are on the light side.
