I have a Welsummer Rooster and an Olive Egger. Just out of curiosity if they made some chicks what color genes would they inherit? Moon lays a deep green colored egg (picture below) And Welsummers have the brown speckled egg gene if I’m not mistaken. Wonder what colors their offspring hens would lay! Tank and Moon picture below. I also think Moon is half Maran because she has feather feet unlike my other green layers so there’s that too.

More olive, but a possibility for mostly brown, or maybe green with speckles.

But there's also these charts here. I'm not an expert with egg color, but I try.

Assuming your hen is a cross between a blue egg laying breed and a brown egg laying breed and your rooster is a true Welsummer, half the pullets that hatch from that cross should lay brown eggs, half should lay green eggs. The exact shade of green or brown could vary since she is a cross, but most brown eggs and green eggs should be fairly dark.
