White hot question from the Sussex world. Some say LS can have grey in the underfluff. I say no. Must be white to the skin. Can youthinky of any reason how grey underfluff could happen in bird (LS) whose formula was eWh/eWh S/S Co/Co ???

Based on pure genetics and knowing how the eWh/eWh S/S Co/Co combination works I would say with certainty that White Underfulff is the only outcome

Considering that you only have a trio to work with, I wouldn’t worry about generation breeding right away. Setting up breeding pens will be hard enough without fussing over relations. For now, I would focus on which birds are best and matching them with birds that balance and improve their qualities. Later when your flock has grown, toe punch and keep more organized if you wish. Or, don’t if you wish... there are many breeders that do generation styles of breeding and others that don’t worry about it at all.
