Genesis 1588 egg turner question

Mine did the same thing. I took the white plastic thing off the bottom...it seemed not to allow the trays to turn

I noticed my turner motor stays pretty warm when running. Is yours giving off any heat when you touch it?
They do turn quite slowly. I just hear mine kind of creak now and then.

Yeah, mine is warm....check on the position of your eggs about every three hours....you should be able to see if your turner is working properly.
