So I don't know if anyone has seen my missing genesis posts, but I did finally get it. I set it all up and have the accurite therm sitting on the turner for now. The bator temp says 99.7 and the wiggler temp says 99.5. I'm guessing that because the therm is not up quite as high as the tops of my bantam eggs will be the temp is 99.7 instead of 100. Does this sound right? My wiggler is right on, so I should be ok, right?
I have tried to do everything right this time-good bator, in room where temp stays more constant and I can heat it better, ect.

I think you'll be just fine. The reading on my accurite fluctuates a little in my Genesis but I don't worry. Hatches have been good. I believe the instructions says to base it on your hatch rate and not so much what the thermometer reads.

    Best of luck

I think your temps are fine.

Good luck with your first hatch in your 1588!
