Genetic question about a cross

I have a Welsummer/EE cross rooster. Father is welly, mother is EE.

The roo has beautiful feathering (I think), a nice carriage (I think) and a ugly comb. He also has a beard.

If I wanted to breed to keep the feathering but toward a pea comb how would I breed him?

I still have both of his parents (the EE mom is a little iffy) and I have both male and female offspring from him. None have his beautiful feathers (but they are only 6 months old) but several have a pea comb.
