I have an araucana roo and austrolorp hen. What eggs will the offspring lay. Brown?

It can go either way. They will be brown or olive or green. Have fun!

It will depend if your rooster hatched from a blue egg or a green egg. If he hatched from a green egg, he probably has a brown egg gene, which would more likely result in a brown egg laying offspring. If he hatched from a blue egg, the offspring will likely lay green eggs.
