Gentlest heavy breed(s)?

Well Well, I am relatively new to ducks, myself, but I do love my Khaki Campbell. He has beautiful colors, and is the biggest and quietest duck of the three. Here you can see all three. You can tell really well in the first pic how much more slender my Indian Runner is, and the Campbell is heaviest when I hold them all.
