Get Fit Together

So I am around 20 years old, and want to get fitter.
My main problems are getting tired of exercising, and I hate running. Largely because I get a lot of stiches, sometimes even if I just run a few meters.
The day before yesterday, I did around 20 push-ups off my knees, a bit of pulling up and climbing along a bar, and ran around 100m.
I'm not sure what I'm going to do today. (its still fairly early in the morning)

Try strength training. Working out doesn't always have to be cardio. If you lift weights at a good pace, you will still get your heart rate up

I don't have any proper weights, I guess one can use anything that weighs the right amount?
I have mostly been doing things that use my own weight, like push-ups and pull-ups and planking.
I partially want to improve my abbs (is that what they are called?) do you know any good exercises for them?

Body weight workouts are legit. No reason to buy equipment. Try youtube for 10 minute ab workouts. I can give you lots of names of moves but seeing someone do them is a huge help

Junk food is hard to deal with. Any strategies for just saying no in the grocery store?
Don't go shopping when hungry and stay out of the junk food aisle.
Usually most of the stuff I purchase is on the outside perimeter of the store, dairy, meat, the produce section… All that stuff that's bad for you is in the middle of the store so if you have a few key aisles to avoid it can help a lot.
