Get Fit Together

Slow but sure. I have been going on walks several times per week and I'm feeling better.
I'm glad its going ok!
I really want to be fitter, but I'm starting to get a bit discouraged :( I will make some progress, but then something gets in the way and I'm back where I started.
Also, I can't help but eat just 'one' piece of chocolate, but it always turns into 4 or 5.
But I did go for a nice walk yesterday, with just a little bit of running in the middle.
 
I forgot about this thread. I've been strength training fairly consistently since July. I've noticed significant health and strength gains in just that time.
Awesome! I was lifting weights myself but got injured(not lifting) and had to take a break to heal. Can't wait to get back into it
