gettin chicks in middle ga

i from middle ga (dulblin) and lookin to get 8 or 10 baby chicks, anyone familiar with this area willing to steer me in the right direction on where i might b able to purchase some chicks suitble for a beginner thats in it for a hobby and mostly fresh backyard chicken eggs, any advice would be precatedt, thanks

I am in high falls just north of Macon. We have some ameraucanas and ameraucana mixes that we just hatched off and are starting to sell. I dont know of any hatcheries that are around this part of Ga. There are a few other breeders that u can find on this site.

Go to the GA thread... Lots of people there, some from your area, and some who have birds available. Good luck!!
