He's certainly worth cooking & eating, but he probably won't qualify for your Thanksgiving feast. Most of the birds I have for processing are standard breeds or mixed breeds, I've even butchered some bantams.
I usually slow-simmer them over low heat with herbs, garlic & onions until the meat melts off the bones, then I discard the bones, package the cooked meat for future meals, and boil down the cooking liquid to make a rich broth.
If you're just processing Slim Jim you could still use that method, cook some noodles in the broth, and add Jim's meat along with some veggies to make a nice soup.
