getting along

Hi

I have 3 older hens that are laying,ive just introduced 6 16week olds in with them and 1 of the older hens wont let them in the coop and has become very vocal?

what should i do? should i remove her?

I would remove the trouble maker,let the youngins go in the put said trouble maker back in. If she acts up isolate her. Keep doing the aforementioned procedure until she gets it.
