Getting an Error Message when Uploading Pictures

Why? Sometimes they work, sometimes I get an error saying they are the wrong file type.... and the aren't!

Keep it simple, please, I'm not a computer whiz.

What kinds of pics are you trying to upload?

You can only upload JPEG, PNG and GIF files

Look at the properties for your pic. It should end with one of the three image files we support.

They are jpeg pictures. I've tried maybe 20 times today and just one worked.

How big are the pics?

It could be that the files are too large.

Can you resize them smaller and see if that helps?

OR try sending one of the ones that won't work to

[email protected] and I will take a look at it.

I wish I knew. Terrielacey had me send her a photo and she said there is no reason why the shouldn't load. But, they don't.
Good luck, there is bound to be someone who can figure out the problem.

I also had problems with pics yesterday, it was turning them sideways and would not accept more than one! The format for loading them is not that easy for some!
