Error message/Humidity Alarm for “HHD” or “Amazon” or “Ktaxon” 56 egg incubator

Apologies if this is discussed elsewhere and sorry if this is long-winded- but I could not find any info about- and could really use some help on - how to deal with an Error message and Alarm for the humidity in this nameless (or many-named?) 56-egg incubator. I have the low humidity sensor set to 1, so theoretically the alarm shouldn’t go off until the humidity actually gets to 1 percent. However, over the course of several days, the alarm keeps going off while the display flashes EEE where the humidity shows. At first I figured it meant that the humidity was low so I’d add a couple squirts of water to the inlet and kept pressing the “Set” button until the EEE turned into 18-20 percent and the alarm stopped. However, this made the humidity shoot up to 71 percent around bedtime, and by morning the alarm was going off and the EEE flashing again.

Does anyone know how to either disconnect the alarm or get the humidity to stop fluctuating so drastically? At this point I’d like to just completely disengage the alarm because it is making me crazy.

I picked it up off FBMP and the seller did not have the instruction manual. I’m determined to make this thing work, otherwise I’m out some cash. I’ve seen this same incubator called a variety of names - HHD, Amazon, Ktaxon - but nowhere can I find info that specifically addresses the EEE error message or alarm override.

I found what looks exactly like it on Strombergs who lists Mann Lake Ltd as the mfgr. I've purchased bee-keeping supplies from Mann Lake so know they have good stuff, but the one review they have on this isn't good.

Their phone number and a "chat now" button is at the bottom of this page. I'd call and see if someone there could at least get your a manual or tell you where to get one.
